When using the advanced editor there are a number of different actions which can be performed based on a participants response.
Below is a description of the different actions available, along with the icon which appears in the hunt editor.
This simply returns a line of text to the participant.
An image is sent back to the participant.
An audio file is sent back to the participant.
A video file is sent back to the participant.
Remember the player's answer for use in a separate step. Learn more about this here.
Award or deduct points to the participant's score.
Use this to go to a different step.
Typically this would be the next step, but you can also build a scavenger hunt which branches in different directions based on their response.
This triggers the end of the hunt.
You're not restricted to a single end of the scavenger hunt. Using the go to step action, you could create a scavenger hunt which branches in different directions and has multiple endings.
